Questions
Do I need a card to start?
No. Free is free forever, and you can run one analysis before you even create an account. A card is only needed for a paid plan, including the 7-day Agent trial.
How does the Agent trial work?
Start the trial, set up a client and send them a portal. You are not charged for 7 days and can cancel from your account page at any time before then. The trial is available once per account.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, from your account page. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
What happens to my deals if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Saved deals, templates and client shortlists stay in your account; features above your new plan pause until you upgrade again.
Where do the numbers come from?
Listing data from the listing itself, rent estimates from RentCast, comps from recent sales near the property. Every assumption is editable, and we show you which ones drive the result.
