Rental comps and property details come from RentCast (MLS-backed). Short-term rental occupancy and nightly rates come from AirDNA and Rabbu benchmarks. County-level property tax rates are sourced from the Tax Foundation. State insurance averages come from NAIC. All of this auto-populates the moment you paste an address — no manual lookup.
Is my saved data private? +
Yes. Your analyses, pipeline, and custom templates are private to your account. We never sell or share user data. Public share links only expose the specific analysis you explicitly share, and you can revoke them at any time.
Does DealCaddie replace my spreadsheet or CPA? +

How accurate are the STR revenue estimates? +
Our STR estimates use metro-level AirDNA and Rabbu benchmarks adjusted for seasonality. They’re calibrated for initial screening — directionally accurate enough to kill bad deals and flag promising ones. For deals you’re committing to, we recommend validating with hyper-local comps on AirDNA or live Airbnb listings. We also automatically flag cities with short-term rental restrictions (34+ cities currently).
Can I use DealCaddie for multi-family properties? +
Yes. DealCaddie auto-detects 2–4 unit small multifamily properties and scales rent, expenses, and cashflow per unit across every strategy (LTR, MTR, STR, Section 8, House Hack, BRRRR). Larger commercial multifamily (5+ units) isn’t fully supported yet.
